Maggi Masala Noodles is a very favourite recipe for all children. We can make different varieties of recipes using Maggi Noodles like Maggi Plain Masala Noodles, Maggi Veggie Masala Noodles, Maggi Egg Masala Noodles, Maggi Chicken Masala Noodles etc.

Today let’s make hot and spicy Maggi Plain Masala Noodles by including just few masala powders especially for bachelors to cook this recipe in a very short time.


  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves – Few
  • Water – Required Amount
  • Maggi Noodles – Family pack


1Heat a pan and pour 2 tbsp oil to the pan. Add onion in medium flame and saute for 2 minutes.


2Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute well until raw smell goes off.Add the chopped tomatoes and saute for just a minute because tomato should be semi cooked for this recipe.


3Add homemade chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and then salt and mix all the masala well so that it get mixed with the onion and tomato and becomes a nice masala gravy.


4Now, add 6 tea cups of water for the maggi noodles. Then, empty the maggi masala sachets given with the noodles and add it to the water. Mix well and make sure that no lumps of masala powders are seen.


5Allow the water to boil.Once the water started boiling, add the maggi noodles by breaking it into two in the boiling water and press it gently until the noodles are completely immersed in the masala water.


6Close it with a lid for 3 minutes and then open the lid and mix the noodles well. If you wish to serve it juicy, then serve the maggi masala noodles right now. If want to serve it as a dry thick maggi masala then leave the pan open and saute for 1/2 minute.


7Serve hot and spicy Maggi Masala Noodles.
